Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 – Code concerning the protection of personal data – summarized as follows Code, we wish to inform you that the Code provides for the protection of the confidentiality of personal data relating to individuals or other entities.These data are collected and processed by the Museo Civico di Cabras while respecting the rights and fundamental freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Purposes of the data processing.
The personal data are collected and processed exclusively for the performance of official duties, as well as the administrative and accounting to these instruments.
Treatment of data.
Under the Code the processing concerns sensitive data, data records, data and other data specific areas. The data are processed with computer systems and / or manuals, through appropriate procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the same.
The provision of data.
Is mandatory with regard to the fulfillment of legal obligations, accounting and contractual and is designed to perform the institutional activities of the Museum, as well as those administrative and accounting to these instruments.
Article 18 of the Code provides that the processing of personal data by public entities, excluding public economic entities, is permitted only for the performance of official duties and within the limits dictated by laws and regulations. Exercise of rights.
