Museum of Wine and Vineyards Surrau together again for the fourth edition of the festival of “Cinemadivino, great films can be tasted in the cellar.” Out July 17, closing on August 7, with the usual format which includes a guided tour, wine tasting and local products and, after sunset, watching movies with the projector 35 mm.
Cinema and wine cellar, two are inseparable over the years has had the pleasure of an ever growing audience. It will be the component of food and wine, the passion for the cinema or the fact that the initiatives are usually housed within the companies, but year after year, the event registered a steady growth in numbers and in appreciation. Premises that make Cinemadivino a highly anticipated event for film lovers and wine connoisseurs. The event, in Sardinia in its fourth edition, this year is supported entirely from the Museum of Wine and Vineyards Berchidda Surrau of Arzachena.
These are just some hints of the review Cinemadivino 2014, presented this morning, Arzachena, in the beautiful setting of the Vineyards Surrau family Demuro. It is no coincidence that Surrau Vineyards and Wine Museum will be gathered together again this year having regard to the sharing of sensitivity towards art and culture. The event Cinemadivino, designed by the same company with headquarters in the Emilia Romagna region, has landed in Sardinia four years ago thanks to the initiative of the Wine Museum of Berchidda. The idea of importing the festival in Sardinia is linked to the Museum project, aimed at the spread of food and wine culture and the promotion of the territory. This year’s event includes four rounds, four Thursdays in the sequence starting from July 17. The proven format provides the entrance to the cellar with a guided tour at 19.30, the tasting of typical products and wines of the winery Vigne Surrau to close at 21.30, with the vision of the film that, as usual, will be screened with the ‘use of an apparatus traditional 35 mm.
It starts July 17 with the film “The Great Beauty” by Paolo Sorrentino, with Servillo, Carlo Verdone and Sabrina Ferilli; continue July 24 with “The butler, a butler at the White House,” Lee Daniels, starring Forest Whitaker, oprha Winfrey and Mariah Carey, John Cusack and Jane Fonda. Thursday, July 31 is the turn of “How do you store the family” Rawson Marshall Thurber and starring Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis, Emma Roberts and Nick Offerman, closes Thursday, August 7th with “Tonight”, directed by Paolo Zucca, with Stefano Accorsi, Geppi Cucciari, Francesco and Marco Messeri Pannofino.
Lovers of 35 mm finally know that screenings and tastings will be held in the outdoor spaces of the winery, so you should wear a suit summer evenings by the sea.
